YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE
Business owner/CEO/IT Manager of medium and large companies with headcount ranges from 50-1000 employees
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reaching out to potential customers via both online platforms (Linkedin, Facebook) and traditional methods such as networking and events, or based on candidates’ existing relationships
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization.
WHO WE NEED
- Bachelor degree in IT, Business Management or related fields.
- At least 03 years’ experience in Business or Account Development and Management
- Experience in Business Applications/CRM/ ERP/ WORKSPACE is a BIG PLUS.
- Having negotiation & presentation skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented & planning, leadership & teamwork.
- Should possess leadership quality, believe in planning, applied methodology and team work
