Remote Work/Work From Home (WFH) has been applied into practice on Wolf Solutions since 2018. And this was continuously adapted during the Pandemic period as all employees have been forced to stay at homes. Now Our WFH policy is developed, improved and becomes a Hybrid Work Environment. Ideally, this work method is combined by Office and Remote Work harmoniously.

Dragging themselves to the workplace is not the case with remote work. Just wake up/ stay in the employee’s hometown, at their favorite coffee shop, enjoy a good breakfast, and they are ready to work. They freely decorate their own working areas to become artworks. Our company has always craved for an alternative that would facilitate them with the privilege to avoid the morning hustle.

No one denies the fact that the rush in today’s lifestyle has held families apart, and if someone is able to manage their work-life and family, they deserve great respect. Remote work will let employees be with their loved ones most of the time. They get to look after their families when they stay at home/hometown and will not have to worry about them, like the office going people do.

In Vietnam, especially some big cities, working hours have been a nightmare for office-goers — heavy rains leading to flooded roads, massive traffic jams leading to people being stuck on water-logged roads for a long time, open manholes and overflowing drains being the common sights.
