YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE
- Business owner/CEO/IT Manager of medium and large companies with headcount ranges from
50-1000 employees
YOU WILL DELIVER
- Reaching out to potential customers via both online platforms (Linkedin, Facebook) and traditional methods such as networking and events, or based on candidates’ existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develops the proposal package to clients, including pricing, schedule, compliance matrix, technical solution, and other related materials.
- Consult customers on the company’s services and products.
- Negotiate price, term, and payment with customers.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills and achieve their sales goal.
- Develop sales targets and ensure sales target achievement.
WHO WE NEED
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
- At least 05 years’ experience in Sales.
- Experience in Business Applications/CRM/ ERP is a BIG PLUS.
- Having negotiation & presentation skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented & planning, leadership & teamwork.
- Should possess leadership quality, believe in planning, applied methodology and team work
- English fluency is a MUST.
